cloudLibrary is a digital lending service for eBooks, eAudiobooks, and streaming video, including movies, documentaries, and TV series. Patrons with a valid library card from any public library in the Johnstown Library District (encompassing Cambria, Indiana and Somerset counties) can access the digital collection by downloading the free cloudLibrary app from their smartphone, e-reader or computer. CloudLibrary users can customize searches, keep track of their reading history and manage multiple accounts for family members. The app also serves as a virtual library card that can be used to check out materials when visiting the library In-person. Users will also have the ability to borrow from a network of libraries through cloudLInk, a feature that allows neighboring libraries to partner together to share digital titles and expand their collections.
