Join us for an exciting weeklong workshop where you will dive into the enchanting world of Kamishibai, the traditional Japanese art of paper theater.
You will learn about the history and techniques of Kamishibai artists, exploring how they bring stories to life through captivating illustrations and performances.
Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to create your own Kamishibai illustrations based on a book. You will develop your artistic skills and storytelling abilities, culminating in a special performance for preschool children.
This workshop is perfect for creative teens who love art and storytelling!
