Healthy Me Story Time Series is organized and presented by staff of the Somerset County Library making use of the EatPlayGrow™ curriculum developed by the Childrens Museum of Manhattan (CMOM) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for children ages 6 and younger and their adult caregivers. Learn about healthy food choices, portion sizes, movement, sleep and energy balance in a fun way while practicing early literacy skills.
