Looking for Tax Forms?

Unfortunately, due to cuts in IRS appropriations, we are unable to offer print copies Federal Tax Forms this year. Individuals can obtain copies of Instructions or additional forms through one of the following methods:

• Using a library or personal computer, go to http://www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs to view, download, and/or print a copy of needed forms.  Forms can be printed at the Library for $.10 per page.
• Using a library or personal computer, visit http://www.irs.gov/orderforms to order tax products to be delivered by mail.
• Call 1-800-829-3676 to order tax products to be delivered by mail.

For information about filing online or to get copies of Pennsylvania tax forms that are not available in print at the Library, do one of the following:

• Using a library or personal computer, refer to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s informational page at http://www.revenue.pa.gov/FormsandPublications/Pages/Form%20Methods/How%20Do%20I%20Get%20Forms.aspx to apply online or to view, download, and/or print a copy of needed forms.  Forms can be printed at the Library for $.10 per page.
• Call 1-888-PATAXES (1-888-728-2937) to leave a message to have forms mailed to you.
